Michael Avenatti Joins Attack: Claims Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge Got Women Drunk at Parties for ‘Train Gang Rapes’ ~ Kristinn Taylor (thegatewaypundit.com)

Good morning fellow Seekers,

This has gotten way out of control. This man is one of the Constitutionalists of a generation. All of this only came to fruition when the hearings had nearly reached their conclusion and it looked as if the GOP had an easy win. As well as the POTUS. Then in the 11th hour…BANG. Revelations abound and now they’re coming out of the wood work like roaches when the lights are turned off.

The GOP needs to grow a set of cahones and get this man in the SCOTUS. Seat him now and shut the damned Dems down.

Here’s more from Kristinn Taylor and The Gateway Pundit…

UPDATE: Avenatti has informed the Senate he is accusing Kavanaugh and Judge of getting women intoxicated at parties with drugs and alcohol so they could be gang raped by a “train” of men. Statement at end of article.

SECOND UPDATE: Avenatti claims to have quote from Kavanaugh’s yearbook. Added at end of article.

THIRD UPDATE: Avenatti posted more email exchanges with the Judiciary Committee late Sunday/early Monday.

Added at end of article.

Porn star lawyer and Trump antagonist Michael Avenatti joined the attack on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh with an announcement via Twitter Sunday night that he represents a woman who has ” credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge.” Avenatti called for Kavanaugh’s nomination to be withdrawn.

Avenatti added his client is not the woman featured in the New Yorker article using recovered memory to accuse Kavanaugh of a drunken sex assault at a Yale party in the 1980s.

Avenatti, who represents porn star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Trump and is exploring running against Trump in 2020, posted Sunday, “I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn.”

“My client is not Deborah Ramirez.”

It appears the weakness shown by Senate Republicans in the face of the last minute attack by Democrats with the uncorroborated accusations by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford is being exploited with Kavanaugh now facing a death of a thousand cuts.

UPDATE: Avenatti, “My e-mail of moments ago with Mike Davis, Chief Counsel for Nominations for U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. We demand that this process be thorough, open and fair, which is what the American public deserves. It must not be rushed and evidence/witnesses must not be hidden.”

Avenatti’s screen image shows the Senate reached out him almost immediately after he tweeted about reprsenting a woman with “credible information” about Kavanaugh and Judge.

From: Mike Davis, Chief Counsel for Nominations, United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary:

“Dear Mr. Avenatti, According to your tweet from 7:33 p.m. E.T. this evening, you claim to have information you consider credible regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. Please advise of this information immediately so that Senate investigators may promptly begin an inquiry. Thank you, Mike Davis”

Avenatti replied: Mr. Davis, Thank you for your email. We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a “train” of men to subsequently gang rape them. There are multiple witnesses that will corroborate these facts and each of them must be called to testify publicly. As a starting point, Senate investigators should pose the following questions to Judge Kavanaugh without delay and provide the answers to the American people:

  1. Did you ever target one or more women for sex or rape at a house party? Did you ever assist Mark Judge or others in doing so?
  2. Did you ever attend any house party during which a woman was gang raped or used for sex by multiple men?
  3. Did you ever witness a line of men outside a bedroom at any house party where you understood a woman was in the bedroom being raped or taken advantage of?
  4. Did you ever participate in any sexual conduct with a woman at a house party whom you understood to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs?
  5. Did you ever communicate with Mark Judge or anyone else about your participation in a “train” involving an intoxicated woman?
  6. Did you ever object or attempt to prevent one or more men from participating in the rape, or taking advantage of, a woman at any house party?

Please note that we will provide additional evidence relating to the above conduct both to the Committee and the American public in the coming days.

Regards, Michael Avenatti

“Here are subsequent emails between me and Mr. Davis. It appears that (1) the Committee has an issue with this process being public and (2) the Committee wants to avoid Mr. Judge testifying or even requesting that he testify. Both are absolute necessities.”
